Jo Ellen Becco never met a stranger. She has worked in higher education for 20 years, currently as Director of High Impact Practices at Pikes Peak Community College. On sunny days, you may find her on the golf course or sipping a beverage on the patio.

Robin Schofield is a world traveler and innovator. She has been in higher education for 25 years, most recently as Director High Impact Practices at Pikes Peak Community College. A non-stop idea machine, Robin also knows how to make ideas become reality.

Nzallah Whong is a RoJo associate who enjoys social media and hanging out with friends. Originally from Nigeria, Ms. Whong brings a global perspective to the team.

Amy Schofield loves an adventure. She is an expert in workforce development. As director of a large youth workforce program for the City of Phoenix, she develops work-based learning curricula and training. Using innovative engagement strategies, youth adults hone skills and dispositions, discover career pathways, and partner employers align workplace experiences.
